Maintenance Priority Manager

Maintenance Priority Ranking System

The Maintenance Priority Manager is a ranking system stored as code on radiation-hardened NOR flash that dynamically orders up to 1,000 pending repair tasks within the Lunar Ark. Drawing 0.5 watts of power, it applies multi-criteria scoring to evaluate equipment criticality, remaining useful life, and dependency relationships in real time. Because long-duration lunar missions impose severe resource allocation constraints, the system identifies critical-path equipment, enforces authenticated priority changes, and maintains an audit log across a 100-year operational lifetime with a 500,000-hour mean time between failures.
