Recovery Resource Manager

Resource Allocation for Recovery Operations

The Recovery Resource Manager is a software allocation system stored on radiation-hardened NOR flash memory, drawing 0.5 watts to schedule and reserve power, robotic systems, spare components, and operational time during fault recovery. Operating within the Lunar Ark framework, the module executes conflict resolution and coordinates authenticated reservations across up to 16 concurrent recovery tasks. Automated arbitrations of this type are necessary in isolated lunar installations, where acute resource scarcity over a 100-year operating lifespan precludes human intervention and leaves zero operational margin for uncoordinated equipment contention or unverified subsystem demands.
