Load priority management is a persistent database architecture that assigns up to 200 electrical loads to baseline priority tiers and executes dynamic reassignments during system faults, maintenance phases, or authenticated overrides. Implemented in triple-buffered MRAM consuming 0.5 watts, the database is engineered to survive the lunar environment by remaining readable across a 100-year mission lifetime without memory degradation. To support long-term forensic analysis across extended settlement operations, the subsystem logs up to 100 revision states and operates with a 500,000-hour mean time between failures.
