It generates and routes up to 100 production orders per month, ensuring spare parts are fabricated ahead of demand using in-situ resource utilization and Earth-imported feedstocks. To support long-mission self-sufficiency, it coordinates workflows across 3D printing, CNC machining, and casting while accommodating component lead times and enforcing quality control verification. Operating across a 100-year lifetime with a 500,000-hour mean time between failures, the system maintains authenticated production orders and complete audit trails.
