The digital twin model for equipment lifetime management is a physics-based, data-driven software architecture stored on radiation-hardened NOR flash and executed on a dedicated simulation accelerator. Operating on 5 watts of power across a 100-year operational lifetime, the system runs up to 100 distinct equipment twins simultaneously. Each instance continuously ingests authenticated telemetry to simulate operational behavior, component aging, and remaining capability under long-mission lunar conditions. With a rated mean time between failures of 500,000 hours, the system executes high-fidelity scenario simulations to predict physical hardware degradation over decades of uncrewed or isolated deployment.
