Ark should track three items: first, whether Endurance completes RF compatibility testing, wet dress rehearsal, and launch qualification without anomaly; second, whether New Glenn’s grounding tied to FAA review delays or de-risks the mission schedule; third, whether the mission actually demonstrates end-to-end autonomous landing and lunar-orbit departure in 2026. The Ark should also use MK1’s test flow as a reference model for its own surface logistics stack: environmental qualification, comms hardening, propulsion endurance, and contingency recovery procedures.
