The Ark team should track ILRS membership growth, the formal launch of the ILRSCO governance body, and any published technical standards for surface power, thermal management, radiation protection, and ISRU-compatible infrastructure. Priority research: assess whether ILRS architecture favors a scalable, distributed lunar settlement model that could be interoperable with Ark systems, and identify whether Chinese partnership channels could provide access to south-pole logistics, landing sites, or long-duration habitat lessons.
