Ark action: track NEO Surveyor’s 2027 launch and integration milestones, and cross-link its output with cislunar traffic safety, lunar surface shelter design, and Earth-Moon evacuation contingencies. The Ark should also monitor follow-on asteroid characterization work because infrared survey data can constrain composition and size, which directly affects deflection feasibility, impact consequences, and the scheduling of lunar industrial assets near high-risk periods.[1][3][12]
