For the Ark, the immediate priority is to integrate NEO Surveyor and related planetary-defense data into contingency planning for lunar surface protection, cislunar traffic management, and off-world archival continuity. The team should monitor launch timing, detection completeness for asteroids above 140 meters, and any updates to international warning and response protocols tied to NASA’s Planetary Defense Coordination Office.
