For lunar habitation, that means higher confidence in landing reliability, surface cargo handling, and the supply chain needed to seed power, communications, mobility, and habitat-support systems at or near the south pole.
For the Ark, the priority is to track which payload classes, landing sites, and contractor performance data emerge from these missions, because they will define the most survivable lunar infrastructure standards.
